I did it!
I finally did it.
I thought I would never ever ever be able to do it especially after having my skin stretched and pulled and stretched beyond its limits.
It lived in my cupboard for three whole years and never said a word.
I tried it on over and over but put it back over and over. "Too skinny," "Not enough tone," "Too fair," "Too unsexy," I used to say to it as I stood in front of the mirror.
I wished over and over to wear it but wishes they only were.
Yesterday, I did it.
I wore my red stripey bikini!
And we went swimming!
And I looked like this!

Yup, I did it. I overcame my fears and low body image and wore my long lost friend...
...as we 'swam' in my humongous pool of a bathtub- just baby and me.
