Banana cupcakesOnce thought to be useless at domestic chores, I have now mastered the 'art' of baking!
Together with my pharmacist accuracy in measuring and artistic right-brained natural ability (pfft) I now know how to bake!
As a child the best memories we had with mum was when we baked and cooked together. Something I'd want to pass on to my own children. So in my bid to become a 'good mother', I set a goal: to master baking skills by the end of this 9months of 'incubation'.
So far, with success, I have made cheesecake, Pau, siew mai, banana cake, and 2-layered agar-agar. Nothing fancy but a great accomplishment for a non-domesticated cat like me. Of course, it couldn't be done without my expert wrapper and perfectionist Dear H.
Next feat: Pandan chiffon cake!
