Closing a Chapter

Sometimes we find we just can't move on from a bad experience.
Sometimes we seem stuck in eternity where the impact of the experience first affected us.
Sometimes, we wish we had talked about it more and reached a conclusion everyone was happy with.
Sometimes, we hold on to it for so many years and it affects us in so many other aspects of our lives- not that we realize it.
Sometimes we blame ourselves for what happened, and sometimes it wasn't even our fault.
Sometimes we need to hear both sides of the story, and be open-minded to suggestions.
Sometimes, we have to stop shielding ourselves in fear of another bad experience.
Sometimes, we have to let go.
Sometimes we can't move on until the chapter is closed.

'I am sorry' is all it takes, sometimes, to close that open book of wounds.

But most of all- all times, we have to let go, and let God.

Are we letting God?
