What Course Should I/ You Study?

A lot of Asian kids nowadays find trouble choosing career paths and end up doing a tertiary education course of their parents' choice. Their 'indecisiveness' sometimes turns into 'obedience' ie: I will listen to my parents and do the course my parents want me to do, since I don't know what I really want to do anyway.

For me it was purely my own choice. And how many 17 year-olds actually know what they want to do for the rest of their lives?

So I ended up doing a course which made me feel like this:

No commitments, too much nerdyness of study, and no satisfaction. (Hence all types of unfinished circles)

After years of cluelessness and doubts, I finally found what I truly like doing.
Projects of all kinds. Non-scientific and non-medical, of course. eg. Music, makeup, and maybe Art?

What does the picture mean?

Take make-up-ing, for example. You start off with an empty palette (A) and end up with a finished product (B) right where you started.
To explain further: The makeup materials don't change, neither does the person's face, but you end up with a beautiful work of art as a result of your own hard work;

or Photography for example, you start of with a camera and some people/objects (A) and finish also right where you started (B) (ie. The photographed objects are still there, your camera is still there- it aids in obtaining the end-product which of course requires skill and knowledge too) only with the satisfaction of a hard day's work and a thorough follow-through process.

or Blogging! Think about what you are doing when you are blogging, writing a report, designing a house.

After all, all good things come in circles!

Dazzled yet? I am too.
